REFUNDS, POLICIES & CANCELLATIONS

Returns or Exchanges

We are confident you will be more than happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly refund or exchange your Party Box, subject to the following conditions;

  • You must contact us immediately upon receiving your Party Box to advise us of any issues with your purchase and then return the Party Box within 5 days before a refund or exchange can be given. Contact options:

  • Goods must be in their original packaging - intact, unopened and in the condition you received them in.
  • Any refunds or exchanges agreed upon will be for the price of the goods only – courier costs are non-refundable, except where courier damage has occurred, or at the discretion of Party In A Box.
  • A refund or exchange is not guaranteed until we receive the product and deem it to be in saleable condition.
  • The goods are your responsibility until Party In A Box receives them into our care. Party In A Box cannot take responsibility for any returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • For an exchange of goods, a further courier cost may apply.
  • Party In A Box will not refund or exchange any product that has been ordered in especially on your behalf, unless where courier damage has occurred, or at the discretion of Party In A Box.

 

GST (Goods & Services Tax)

All pricing shown is inclusive of GST. Goods and services Tax is shown in NZD (New Zealand Dollars), and all payments are to be made in NZ Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, we will always honour the pricing of a confirmed order.

 

Title and Risk

Party In A Box is not responsible for any injury caused by items supplied; please take extreme care when using some items around young children.

We take full responsibility for your Party Box until delivery or in the case of a pickup, as soon as you have taken possession.

Once your Party Box has been confirmed as delivered to the nominated delivery address, the liability becomes that of the consignee.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that happen in transit or that are delivered to an incorrect address.

 

Cancellation

Party In A Box must be notified of any cancellations as soon as possible. If your order is still being processed we will refund you upon notification of a cancellation. Once your order has left our premises it is your liability until it is returned into our care, whereby we will refund you according to Party In A Box terms and conditions.

SECURITY & PRIVACY

At Party In A Box protecting our customers’ security is our priority, that is why we use a secure server which ensures protection of your credit card details. At no time are your details viewed by Party In A Box. Once the transaction has been authorised by your bank, your order will be processed and despatched within 24 hours. However, should you prefer not to order through our website, we have an order form that can be downloaded which can be filled in. You can order by phone, fax, email or post.
