DELIVERY OF YOUR PARTY IN A BOX

Once your order and payment are received, the goods will be packaged and dispatched to you within 24 hours. A reputable NZ courier company will deliver the Party Box to your door within 3 working days from the time of dispatch (this may be longer for rural deliveries).

Please note: deliveries only take place on week days i.e. Monday to Friday. There are no deliveries on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.

The address supplied must be a street address as our courier will not deliver to a Post Office Box. Please provide us with any special delivery instructions you may have i.e. where to leave your Party Box if you will not be home, so that we can pass these onto the courier company for ease of delivery.

The party supplies are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive in the same condition that they left our premises. If you feel your goods do not arrive in good condition please contact us immediately on:

We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that happen in transit or that are delivered to the wrong address. Delivery prices are constantly kept at a competitive rate. All delivery charges are additional to your order. G.S.T payable on all courier charges is shown below,

Due to the high demand on certain theme products some may be out of stock temporarily. We will endeavour to replace the product with one of similar value and style. In this case despatch may take longer. We will let you know at the time of ordering. All orders will be tracked by using the online Track & Trace system.

Party In A Box is committed to our customers’ satisfaction so if an order arrives and you are not 100% happy, we will gladly give a full refund (if the items are in their original condition). If we ordered a specific theme especially for you, not normally on our product page, we will be unable to except returns.
